Returns

We gladly accept returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. In any case the item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. The customer is responsible for all returning and postage fees. For your protection please ensure that your return is shipped with tracking number.

 

Non-returnable items 

- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

- Pillowcases, bath towels, pajama sets (for health/hygiene reasons).

- Fabric samples, Cut-to-length linen fabric.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
